1. Delivery Orders received before 12.00 noon will, wherever possible and subject to stock availability, be dispatched the same day. In busy periods, parcels may take longer to dispatch. All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Occasionally we might have to cancel your order due to an item being out of stock or discontinued. 3. Returns If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to exchange it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused or defective item returned to E.J. Churchill with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging and labels attached. Items returned in a used condition or missing packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to you.

If you simply don’t like what you bought then once you’ve returned it we will credit your card. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Prices Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order, exclusive of delivery. Items ordered outside the UK will be quoted at time of purchase.
5. No Hidden Charges The prices displayed on the site include VAT. We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery fees are added and clearly stated at the checkout.

7. Lesson Cancellations Please allow 48 hours notice for cancelling a lesson otherwise you will be charged.
8. Availability All orders for products are subject to availability.

10. Product descriptions Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. E.J.Churchill Group Ltd cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice by our suppliers.
