The team at E.J. Churchill are committed to providing the highest customer service and satisfaction. We welcome any feedback and interactions with our customers and regularly use social media to keep customers informed about our latest activities, promotions and developments.
Orders received before 12.00 noon will, wherever possible and subject to stock availability, be dispatched the same day. In busy periods, parcels may take longer to dispatch. All parcels are sent via a signed for courier service which will require someone to be present when the parcel is delivered unless a safe place instruction has been provided. All orders are subject to the availability of stock. Occassionally we might have to cancel your order due to an item being out of stock or discontinued. We will endeavour to offer you a replacement product if such an occassion arises.

2. Delivery charges
Standard Delivery £6.95
Available to the UK Mainland and can take up to 3-5 working days.
UK Mainland includes: England, Wales and parts of Southern Scotland (AB10-36, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, KA, ML, PH1-14, TD, KY, FK19-21)
Express Delivery £9.95
Available on orders placed by 12.00 noon to UK Mainland addresses, Monday to Thursday only. Parcels are sent on a 24 hour next working day service with Parcel Force. Orders placed on Friday morning on a Next Working Day service will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered the following Tuesday. In the event of a bank holiday, delivery will take an extra day.
Highlands and Islands £12.95
For postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA, PH, AB37-56, ZE. Delivery is ,ade by Parcel Force or Royal Mail up to 20kg. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Isle of Man
For postcode IM small parcels are sent via Royal Mail and cost £10 per parcel. Parcels over 2kg are sent with Parcel Force and cost £31.95 per parcel. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Postcode BT up to 2kg (volumetric) parcels are sent via Royal Mail and cost £10 per parcel. Parcels over 2kg are sent via Parcel Force and cost £18 per parcel. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
Deliveries to Eire, Jersey, Guernsey and ISle of Scilly are charged based on the volumetric weight of the final parcel. Please email us at email@example.com or call 01494 883227 to confirm the delivery price. If ordering online, the website may allocate a price for delivery but this may be altered on dispatch due to the final volumetric weight. We will contact you should the price change.
Payment for Goods
For orders paid by credit or debit card, payment will only be taken when the goods are dispatched. This does not apply to special request orders or services of our Gunroom when full or part payment may be taken in advance.
Discounted/Sale Exchange Orders
If an order is returned which includes discounted or sale items for an exchange, there is an additional postage charge on the exchange order at the standard price.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order or you wish to exchange it, we will gladly exchange or refund any unused or defective item returned to E.J. Churchill with a receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be returned in brand new condition with all packaging and labels attached. Items returned in a used condition or missing packaging will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
Just follow these 3 easy steps:
- Call our Online Team on 01494 883227 to request an RMA number and to arrange free collection.
- Please complete the form enclosed with your order detailing whether you would like a refund or an exchange and the products you wish to order.
- Package up the item(s) you wish to return, including the original product packaging, product labels and a copy of your original invoice.

- Special order items
- Goods damaged in your possession
- Additional postage services (e.g. next day delivery)
- Items which due to their use can come into direct contact with the body (e.g. whistles and calls, ear plugs, thermal wear, cleaning care equipment, socks)
4. Sale Items
Goods which are discounted in a sale or other form of promotion are non-refundable if they are purchased in our showroom. However, discounted goods purchased via mail-order can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event of an item being faulty or not what you ordered please contact us as soon as your receive the goods on 01494 883227 (during office hours 08.30 - 17.30) and we will issue you with a returns number. Please then post the items back to us following the guidelines above. We will refund the cost of the postage to the value of recorded delivery (we cannot refund additional postage charges above this) and we will organise the replacement or repair.
After 14 Days
We really do want you to be happy with your purchase and if for some reason you decide you are unhappy with the goods after this 14 day period you may still be able to return the item and receive a credit note. This is issued on a case by case basis. Any credit notes must be used within 45 days of issue.
We accept most major credit and debit cards including American Express. E.J. Churchill is responsible for the website transaction. Credit card details are entered on a secure page and they are transferred using SSL.
7. Product Descriptions
We have taken great care to ensure that all descriptions and specifications of our products are correct, both in our shop and on our website. Whilst the colour reproduction of products in our shop and on our website are close, slight variations may occur. Due to fluctuations beyond our control we reserve the right to alter prices or product specifications without prior notice.
All orders for products are subject to availability.
9. Customer Satisfaction
At E.J. Churchill we pride ourselves on providing the highest standard of customer service and luxury products in order to achieve total customer satisfaction. With this high level of service, complaints are extremely rare however, should you be dissatisfied with anything we have done please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We take any complaints very seriously and make it our priority to resolve immediately.
