Can-you-see-me Camo and the Very Visible Orange skirts are perfect in a down pour, the Velcro waist/hip fixing can wrap over whatever you have chosen to wear, making it quick and easy to put on and as quick to peel off.  There is no need to remove footwear.  Machine washable.

Can fold to fit in the pocket and has an hanging loop for easy drip drying.
Fabric is polyester bonded to polyurethane  – waterproof.
